Terms of Service

By using GiftASite you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

GiftASite provides templates you can personalise and publish as a web page with a shareable link. You need a Google account to create or edit a gift; anyone with the link can view it.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the text, photos, videos and music you upload.
• You give us permission to store and display that content so your gift works.
• You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and you won’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.

We may remove content or pages that break these rules.

Payments

Paid templates are charged once, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. The price is shown before you pay. Because a gift is delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable — if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll try to help.

Availability

We work to keep GiftASite and your gift links available, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We’re not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
