Privacy Policy

GiftASite lets you create a personalised web page as a gift and share its link. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Your Google account basics — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your password or access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
• What you put in a gift — the text, photos, videos, songs and settings you add to a template.
• Payment details — payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and ID, never your card or UPI details.
• Basic technical data — such as browser type and IP address, used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To sign you in and show you the gifts you’ve made.
• To display your gift to anyone you share its link with.
• To process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t use your gift content for advertising.

Who can see your gift

A gift page can be opened by anyone who has its link. You can add a password when you create it. Please only upload photos and content you have the right to share.

Where it’s stored

Account and gift data are stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), and uploaded files with Cloudflare R2. These providers process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can edit your gifts at any time from My Gifts. To delete your account or a gift, or to ask what data we hold about you, email yuvrajjakharyt@gmail.com.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above.
